Gold Player v. 1.0.6

I’ve just released v. 1.0.6 of the gold player. This release includes few bugfixes and some minor enhancements. Very soon I will release another version that will include spy and attack functionality, also the spy website.

I can be caught by Lazarus if I use this program ? Because is illegal to use this.

Yes it is illegal, the worst case scenario is to get your account suspended
However, the program is doing a great deal in stealth-ing your actions by emulating a real web browser.
Another important thing is how you use it. You can get busted if you:
- use multiple accounts from the same computer (same IP address)
- use the player aggressively (ex. make updates often and regularly without a random delay, etc…)
Basically you have to keep it in the low profile
More stealth and cool features in the next release!

Hi! This functionality is still in work … but is functional
You can’t check the scanner queue yet, I will do it in one of the next releases.
But this is how it works:
1. Configure the scanner condition.
2. Configure the scanner action.
3. Start the scanner.
4. Wait until it finish its job. (can take up to 5 minutes depending on your condition setting)

How do I set up my squiddly to recruit and attack? But mainly to recruit as I am currently camping now

It’s easy to camp.
Mainly you will want to recruit, bank gold and buy armory.
Here are the instructions step by step:
1. Log in into the player application. You shouldn’t log into the dark throne account in your browser if you are already logged into the player because you’ll be disconnected.
2. Go to the recruit tab. The recruiter is doing the clicks for you and has the status “Idle” if is not doing anything and “Active” if currently is making the clicks. Here you can start the recruit sequence manually or schedule the starting on daily basis. Also you can program the scheduler to perform additional tasks after the recruit like: “after recruit train all citizens as workers” … etc.
3. On “Shopping Center” tab you can program the scheduler to spend your money on armory or you can bank the gold.
Easy! isn’t it?

Before using the GoldPlayer for the first time make sure you’ve done the followings:
1. login into your account in the web browser and select class, race, username.
2. join the public recruiter.
3. Done! Now you can use the recruiter!

I am a Human Fighter with 2200 in pop at lvl 1. When I try to log into the recruiter it keeps logging in every 30 seconds

I have no problems over here. Few users complained about this 2 weeks ago (see these comments http://www.ovisual.com/22/#comment-92) but it seems this was solved (was a DarkThrone problem). Try to let it auto-retry for a while, I guess it should make it after few minutes.
PS. make sure the email and password are correct

it works perfectly here.
However you may try to:
- check you have the latest Java runtime version from http://www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp
- clear browser cache
- alternatively you can switch to another browser (Java enabled like IE, Firefox, Chrome, etc)
- fully reload the page (usually press CTRL+F5 on your keyboard)

I was wondering if we would be able to use the attacker in a simulated mode?
This way we can see all the big gold that is sitting out in our range and just attack for the big gold…not necessarily attacking to level, just to steal some big gold and continue with my camping.

That is possible right now. You can set a min gold value in scanner condition as high you can consider is worth attacking (something like 1000000000), set the level range, then start the scanner. You can either set the attack or don’t set anything as action, just to see if the scanner has found anything (you can see if the scanner got some results by the queue size)

Can you fix so we can add many accounts on time on the recruiter?so it automatic change accounts to click?

If is about recruiting citizens on multiple DT accounts this is simple, you just open multiple browser windows with the player logged in on different accounts.
However, I don’t encourage you to use multiple accounts. I used myself multiple and I got suspended on all of them.

proxy settings are needed if you must specify a proxy server and port number for your internet connection.
Usually, if you connect to internet without proxy server, ignore this setting.

there is a bug on buying armory set 3, also for training the type 3 units. I hope to fix it in the next release.
