usually when this is happening the DT server is down or you have problems with the internet connection.

I will try to make the retry mechanism more robust in the next release. Currently it gives up after a number of retries.
I didn’t wanted to make this behavior too aggressive because this can be easy picked up on web stats on the DT server so they can trace and ban your account.

Keep getting a message “could not log on – connection reset” (app was up for about 4 hours each time, loggs me out, and then it doesn’t re-connect)
I suggest when this happen’s don’t show that message, but re-login with a delay of 2-5 min.)
it may be TD people trying to kill your app.
